First refusal

This morning, I received my first refusal from Paris. The publishing house is small, apologizes for publishing only ten titles a year and that, inevitably, they are very strict. They add that my manuscript does not fit their editorial profile. Anyway, they didn’t like it. You can’t please everyone, especially abroad.

I imagine that the response from Quebec publishers will come soon.
